Lyrics&music: Johanna Lindgren
“Här är mitt hem” (This is My Home) is based on two interviews with Muhammad Habo Issa, who came to Pajala from Syria on 22 December 2014; his experience of coming to this small community in darkest December, finding a feeling of hopefulness, calm, security, the clean and clear air and that he has in fact “come home”; his longing for his wife and children and his hopes that they will find life enjoyable in Pajala.
The dark does not frighten, the light leads the way. “It ́s dark and it ́s paradise”. “Roots are not the thing”

“It ́s dark and it ́s paradise”. “Roots are not the thing”
Our Stories along the Northern Lights Route stått bakom denna musikproduktion.
