Have You ever thought to yourself, where do the Northern People get their sence of Humour? They make fun of almost everything and laugh to them self, even though they live above the Polar Circle, middle of nowhere.
The Answer to these Questions is Hiritintti- The Mighty Bird of Fun and Irony, a Fairytale-like creature that lives above the Arctic Circle.

Oletko joskus kuullut metsälapissa, aavoilla tunturi soilla tai Norjan vuonojen rannoilla kaukaista, hentoista hiritystä?
Kuin lapsen nauru, mutta keveämpi, kuin kaiku siitä?
Oletko koskaan ihmetellyt miksi joskus lintujen nokat tuntuvat kääntyvän hymyyn, vaikka sen luulisi olevan mahdotonta?
Oletko koska pohtinut, mistä pohjolan ihmiset kumpuavat hurtin huumorinsa, vaikka he elävät suuren osan vuodesta pimeyden keskellä?
Vastaus lappalaisten elämän valtaisaan iloon ja ironiaan, lienee peräisin eräästä pienestä (taru)olennosta, Hiritintistä, joka elelee napapiirin pohjoispuolella.
